Thailand is open to foreign travellers

- The required health insurance will reduce to US$10,000.
- The Thailand Pass system will be changed - so will be unavailable at the start of May.
- Vaccinated - no need for one night in quarantine hotel, nor any PCR test;
- Un-vaccinated - five nights in a quarantine hotel with a PCR test before leaving. If they can upload (via Thailand Pass) proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of travel, then the quarantine is not required.
Entry requirements - The Thailand Pass
Before you travel to Thailand you must apply for permission using the Thailand Pass system (see tp.consular.go.th) which will guide and help you through the process.

Travel restrictions
From 1st April to 30th April the following rules will apply. The medical insurance requirement has been reduced to US$20,000 cover for all three categories below.
Using the Thailand Pass procedure you can now enter Thailand under one of three categories:
