What about the weather?
There are 3 distinct seasons in Chiang Mai. The cool, dry season is from December-February with temperatures ranging from 15⁰C-33⁰C. The hot, dry season is from March-May with temperatures ranging from 20⁰C-35⁰C. The rainy season is from June-October/November with temperatures ranging from 22⁰C-32⁰C. Humidity is higher and rainfall builds up, peaking in September. The normal pattern is occasional heavy showers rather than persistent rain lasting for days.

Are Visas required to visit Thailand?
For most passports you can get a 30-day tourist visa on arrival by air. Be sure to check with Thai Immigration for your passport country: www.immigration.go.th
How Does Payment work?
Please see Chiang Mai/ Bookings- CM for our donation rates. Payment is usually made upon check out. We accept Thai Baht cash and Visa or MasterCard. Payment can also be made in advance through bank transfer. Contact us for bank details.
Do you provide a pick-up service from the airport?
We do not provide a pickup service as there are many taxis on arrival in Chiang Mai Airport. See Bookings/ Transport to Chiang Mai for more details.
How far in advance can I make a booking?
There is no restriction on when we can accept bookings. However, please be aware of our cancelation policy if booking more than 6 months in advance.
How far away are the counselling centres?
The Well is about 20-30 minutes away by taxi and Cornerstone 15-20 minutes away.
